Education/ Qualification:
Graduation with CA/MBA/ICWA
   
Experience:
1) Domain Exposure in Banking / Finance /BPO / Service Industry.
 
 
2) Exposure to OD (Organizational Development) applying Six Sigma, Lean Six
    Sigma & other improvement initiatives preferred.
 
 
     
   
Nature of Job:
1)  Project Planning
 
2)  Preparation of action plan & gaining agreement with the customer.
 
3)  Allocation of resources
 
4)  Building customer relations
 
5)  Accounts Management
 
6)  Project tracking & Escalation
 
7)  Attending & Reporting Reviews
 
   
Additional requisites:
1)  Excellent Leadership & Communication skills.
 
2)  Change Management skills with convincing ability.
 
3)  Training & Consulting skills.
