Experience: |

Min 10 years, Max: 20 years in a manufacturing/service industry.

Has experience in the following areas of responsibility.
-
Quality Assurance deploying Managment systems such as ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, TS 16949 & 27001 (ISMS)
-
Certified as Blackbelt from a recognized institution.
-
Certified Lead auditors in ISO 9000, ISO 27001 etc.
-
Company wide Six Sigma deployment and completed 5 projects successfully.
-
Business Process re-engineering, Lean layouts, TPM, SMED, Poke -Yoke and other TQM improvement initiatives.
-
Played a leading role in Change Managementas MR & Six Sigma deployment champion.
Note : Previous experience in consultancy not mandatory.

Managing consultancy projects for reputed corporate in the area of Business Excellence.

Conducting training in Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Business Excellence and many other topics as a prinicipal faculty.
