• MUST HAVE 1-5 years hands-on Hardware and Software support experience e.g System Administrator with min 1 yr experience on Win Server / SBS.
• MUST HAVE good LAN/WAN support skills.
• MUST HAVE TCP/IP knowledge.
• MUST HAVE Computer Hardware support skills. |

Nature
of Job: |
• Monitoring and maintenance of Win Server + Exchange Server + AV + networking
• Providing desktop, printer, phones support in a Windows XP/2003/SBS 2008
• Providing support for MS Office and SQL 2005.
• Troubleshooting networking issues
• Deploying new PCs, migrations, new users
• Improving the environment and processes
• Resolving hardware issues – upgrading motherboards / RAM etc. |

Additional
requisites: |
• Be a problem solver, good trouble shooter
• Knowledge of SBS will be an added advantage
• Trained or Certified MCSE/MCSA/MCP will be an added advantage.
• Have a keen interest in computers and should be techsavy with experience working in an office environment
• Knowledge on Information Security will be added advantage |
