Program Overview

The role of the champion is to mentor and guide the Lean greenbelts while they design & implement the Lean systems. The mentoring involves providing guidance to the team, setting goals, providing resources, reviewing & removing road blocks.

The champion needs to have change management skills & facilitation skills in addition to Lean knowledge, sufficient to carry out the gate reviews at periodic Intervals
