In the LEAN Primer Course you have learned the basics of the LEAN Philosophy. In LEAN Foundation Course you have learned the RMAOR™ methodology to study and re-engineer a LEAN System.

In LEAN Advanced Course you will learn the various LEAN tools such as Jidoka, Kan-ban, SMED, Andon, Cell Design, Level Scheduling, etc.

A LEAN Advanced course is equivalent to Black Belt Course in Six Sigma.
