In light of the growing quality awareness and to meet the Indian industry requirements of facing globalization, SSA is offering an entry level six sigma certification programme. Yellow Belt is the six sigma competency building which can lead to Green Belt, Black Belt & Master Black Belt Certifications respectively.

This course offers overview of the Lean Six Sigma curriculum with experience in Hands-on workshops. The participants are evaluated through written examinations & re-cap sessions and awarded certificates after successfully meeting the requirements.

Scope of the Training Programme

In line with the international practices, these programmes cover both the theory and application of Lean Six Sigma. They present Cases from Manufacturing and Service industries and use them as syndicate exercise during the training session to demonstrate applicability of Lean Six Sigma RDMAIC methodology.
